Sauce - Each of our Sauces have their own bold flavours and the right amount of heat which can be used as an all-rounder sauce or for marinating, basting and injecting meat.

When using as a sauce after your cooking process, the best experience we recommend that you slightly heat the sauce before applying to your choice of foods – ie. Grill meats, smoked meats and deep-frying options – Cold is also great. There is a nice pop of powerful flavour should you like to take it cold to a lunch sandwich to go or as a side dipper.

Marinade - As you would anything you like and cook as to any cooking process for that product. Marinades great for that low 'n' slow smoking option or oven.
